Adetokunbo Victor Doherty,

BSc (UK), MSc (UK), AMIStructE(UK), a graduate from University of Glasgow, Scotland and has Masters in Structures from the University of Westminister (UK) has over 18 years experience of working on large Infrastructure Development Projects both in United Kingdom and Africa. He has spent most of his career working for major Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy practises, (Ove Arup & Partners, Watermans, Aecom & Atkins). He has been involved in some of the city centre regeneration and property development projects in Europe, (Liverpool one, Grand Arcade Wigan, Eagles Meadow, Wrexham, etc.), and also large infrastructure projects, (Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Paddington basin, Reading Sewage Treatment Work, World Bank Infrastructure project, Offshore Gas pipe bridge for Foster Wheeler etc). He also has experience of working with some of world’s top Architect, (Forster & Partners, Broadway Maylan, Building Design Partnership, Grimshaw, etc). Adetokunbo is experienced in leading Civil/Structural teams on large Property & infrastructure development projects and is proficient in structural scheme and detailed design utilizing Structural Steel work, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry and structural glass. Co-ordination/control of structural design team on fast construction program encompassing speed and economy. Understanding objectives of other disciplines with the design and construction teams. Knowledge of various contract and procurement methodologies, including Public Finance Initiative, PFI and PPP, implementation of International ManagementSystemISO9001, Quality and Environment Standards, Construction Design and Management, Design/Construction Phase, Health and Safety Management. Design and construction experience in property development, infrastructure development, industrial, rail, civil, and petrochemical sectors.

 

 

 

 

Emmanuel Kehinde Sanusi,

Mtech, MNSE, COREN,is a versatile and dynamic COREN certified professional Civil/Structural Engineer of over 27 years outstanding experience indesign and supervision of various engineering related projects in Nigeria. He has been involved indiverse complex Industrial, Residential, Leisure and Hospitality and Office Complex Structures. He has worked all over Nigeria and therefore has clear grasp of the geographical terrain of many state in the country. He worked from 1998 through 2003 on the Ewekoro Cement Factor which was to have a New Kiln Line, Ove Arup & Partners Nigeria Limited and Ove Arup & Partners, London were appointed as Structural, Civil, Geotechnical Engineers / Project Managers of the project. Kehinde Sanusi was nominated by Arup Nigeria to the interface for the two offices for the execution of the project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Temitope Adesanya,

BSc, Msc, NSE, COREN, NIStructE, MIStrucE (UK), CEng(UK), is a chartered Structural Engineer with over 15 years consultancy office experience in the analysis, design, construction and supervision of structures such as industrial, commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and educational projects. He has a hands-on design role, in producing design calculations for steel and concrete structures and has worked in project management roles at various points. Temitope has worked for Arup in Nigeria, Waterman Structures Ltd, London, Doosan Babcock Energy in Renfrew, Scotland e.t.c. He has a deep passion for structural analysis & design, modelling of structures in 3D with state of the art Engineering software and validating computer generated result manually.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Adenrele Adeniran,

BEng, MSc (UK), IOSH (UK), MCIOB (UK), is a Corporate Member, Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB, UK) and has Masters in Project Management from the University of Greenwich, London (UK) with wide background experience on a range of site-based projects and a proven record of achievement in the execution of construction projects. Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work on own initiative and also lead construction teams, Currently seeking to maximize skills, experience and achievement which will further progression and rewards. He has over 13 years experience of working on construction sites in the United Kingdom and over 10 years experience of working on construction sites in Nigeria (over 23 years site experience). He has been involved in supervising numerous steel work projects in the UK, and brings a wealth of experience to the Folad team.
